Welcome back to the Ivory Bride Blog, where we share stories of our real brides and their real weddings! In today's post, our real bride details all about her gorgeous wedding held on September 30th, 2023, at Belles on the Bluff. The bride's vision was a fall-themed wedding with rustic and bohemian elements, featuring terracotta, dark green, and pampas decor. The day unfolded exactly as envisioned, with the bride expressing that she wouldn't change a single thing about it. Meredith at Belles on the Bluff played a significant role in making the day special by handling all the day-of stress and executing the wedding dreams seamlessly. The bride enjoyed a relaxed morning with her bridesmaids and family, while vendors coordinated under Meredith's supervision. The couple had a small intimate cake and cookies for guests, along with baby pictures at each table to reminisce about childhood memories. The ceremony felt personal with a close family friend officiating. The bride's top tip for future brides is to slow down and cherish every moment, ensuring a stress-free day with a supportive crew to enjoy the day with the new husband.

By our real bride, Rachele:

What was the vision for your wedding?

Fall is my favorite season so I just knew that’s when I wanted to get married. I planned a fall, rustic, bohemian-style wedding and everything turned out just as I had envisioned. We had lots of terracotta, dark green, and pampas. I honestly would not have changed a single thing if I had the chance to. It truly was the most incredible day ever!

How did it go the day-of?

Honestly, Meredith at Belles on the Bluff made my day SO special! She took all of my “day of stress” from me and executed all of my wedding dreams. She coordinated with all of the vendors the day-of so I was able to spend the morning with my bridesmaids and family getting ready. We had a small intimate cake for the two of us and cookies for our guests. We also set up baby pictures of ourselves at each table for our guests to recall and discuss our childhood memories. Our officiant was a very close family friend which made our ceremony feel more personal and intimate. We just absolutely loved everything about our day!

What is your #1 tip to future brides?

My number one tip would be to slow down the day-of (easier said than done!) and try to enjoy and cherish every moment. Find a crew that helps you have a stress-free day so that you and your new husband can enjoy your day!
